I Make Films Happen
I'm a filmmaker and photographer who has worked for decades in the film and television industry in many different capacities. My collaborations with directors have resulted in an Oscar-nominated film and an IDFA festival opening, among other multi-awarded films.
What excites me most about filmmaking today is how accessible and powerful the tools of our trade are and how they can be used to make moving stories, no matter the budget. The possibilities are endless.
Film Director
A storyteller and documentary maker at heart, I have produced corporate, commercial, and documentary films independently and for international organisations like the UN, the International Red Cross, and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) – of which I was invited to its Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony in 2013 in Oslo.
My films are made for broadcast, web/social media, and events. I have a very hands-on approach to filmmaking, and I usually edit and DP my own projects.
Consultant/Coach
After decades in the industry, I have gained a significant amount of experience and knowledge that I enjoy sharing with others. I'm available to consult and/or give input as a dramaturg or co-director to help you make your film. I provide coaching services in all aspects of filmmaking and technical operations/requirements. I'm open to working with companies, agencies, and film directors.
Photographer
Photography is an expression of who I am. I specialize in portrait, field, and event photography. One of my focuses also includes urban photography, which has been a passion of mine since my childhood in Brussels.
Technical Services
An all-round filmmaker, I provide filming and editing services and am comfortable implementing and managing technical solutions for live webcasts and TV studio facilities.
